AgileVision Names Robert Millis Director of Software Development.

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 16, 2000

AgileVision, a Princeton, New Jersey-based company dedicated to creating and delivering market-leading products for integration and broadband delivery of compressed video content, announced today the appointment of Robert Millis as its director of software development. Mr. Millis will be responsible for the management of the company's software development.

AgileVision continues to strengthen its senior management team by adding core expertise from the key markets upon which it is focused, including the digital broadcast, cable and the Internet industries. Mr. Millis offers a wealth of both managerial and software product development experience.

Prior to joining AgileVision, Mr. Millis was manager of one of the embedded software divisions at Motorola, where he led an engineering team in developing digital products and supported existing analog head-end and set-top products. While at Motorola, Millis was also responsible for managing software systems integration and testing. Millis' former tenure as manager of test and certification at General Instrument proved invaluable in furthering his expertise in product development and rollout as well as digital hardware design, team leadership and group management. Mr. Millis brings over 11 years of varied engineering experience to AgileVision.
