Agfa U.S. becomes part of Bayer Corporation; Agfa's parent company, Miles Inc., acquires Bayer name in U.S.

Agfa had been the imaging division of Miles Inc. In April 1995, Miles Inc. became Bayer Corporation, following the acquisition by Miles Inc. of Sterling Winthrop's North American North American
