Agere Uses Teradyne's Tiger Test Systems for High-Performance Data Storage System-on-a-Chip Devices.

Effective April 2, 2007, it was merged into LSI Corporation.  (NYSE: AGR AGR advanced gas-cooled reactor .A, AGR.B) is using Teradyne's Tiger test systems in multi-site production testing of mass storage system-on-a-chip (SOC) devices.
