Agere Systems (NYSE: AGR.A) today announced that Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain management services, has been added to the distribution network of Agere's industry-leading ORiNOCO wireless networking products.

Ingram Micro will be responsible for distribution to retailers, e-tailers, service providers, VARs, direct marketers and computer dealers throughout the Americas.
