The members of the advisory board bring more than 100 years of combined experience from a broad range of areas in the media industry. The members are as follows: --David Lalich brings more than 25 years of experience to the board, having been instrumental bringing positive changes to the industry. As CEO of AdValue, Lalich took the company from startup to commercial success. He also served as CFO of the Television Group of Westinghouse Broadcasting (now CBS), and president and CEO of AdOne Classified Network, where he helped build the largest online nationwide network for classified ads. Lalich has also held executive-level positions at Playboy.com and IDEAGlobal. --Louis Libin has more than 20 years of experience in broadcast engineering management and communications. Most recently, he co-founded USDTV USDTV - US Digital Television, Inc. and COMPU-DAWN, which was later acquired by Ted Turner and renamed My Turn. Libin also founded Broad Comm, Inc. and served as director of engineering at NBC, where he had a successful career. Among his other career highlights, Libin represented the United States at the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) in Geneva and sat on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Advisory Committee. --Michael D. Moore brings experience in media research and consulting from his nearly 40 years with the MacManus Group, where he served as worldwide media director of the agency and CEO of the MacManus Group-owned media company, MediaVest. He also started two media companies under the MacManus Group umbrella: Telecom and TeleVest. Moore was chairman of the Media Policy Committee of the American Association of Advertising Agencies, governor of the International Radio and Television Society, and served on the board of directors of Nielsen Media Research. --Len Ostroff has more than a decade of financial and venture capital experience and is the chief operating officer of Sinclair Ventures, Inc., the corporate venture capital arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group (SBGI SBGI - Society of British Gas Industries). Ostroff has held executive positions with VIPS, Andersen Consulting, and Prudential Securities, where, as vice president of information systems, he became the youngest employee to be promoted to the position of vice president. He currently serves on or advises the boards of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Sinclair Ventures, and others. He also sits on the Investment Advisory Committee of Sterling Ventures. --Buford Smith has more than 30 years of senior-level online management and consulting experience. At Playboy Online, Smith served as the president of the company's new media group, where he built Playboy's online presence and created new revenue streams, such as original pay-per-view Internet content, through e-commerce. Earlier, Smith was president and/or CEO of Reuters NewMedia, and prior to that, served at Market Data Systems.
