Agentsmith Appoints Mark Kolibas as Executive Vice President.

BALTIMORE -- Agentsmith (www.agent-smith.com), a developer of innovative revenue optimization and management solutions for the broadcast media industry, today announced the appointment of Mark Kolibas as executive vice president. In his new position, Kolibas will provide strategic direction and lead marketing and sales initiatives for the company as it expands its growing portfolio of customers and increases sales to top-tier broadcasters, including television networks, affiliates, and cable networks.

Mark Kolibas brings to his position nearly 25 years of business management and sales leadership experience within global software and service companies. Prior to joining Agentsmith, Kolibas was founder and president of Trident Management Consulting L.L.C., a New Jersey-based marketing consulting firm whose clients included publicly and privately held high-tech companies, in areas that include business application software and technology, retail and distribution, direct sales and marketing, and pharmaceutical.

Earlier, Kolibas served as vice president of sales at PeopleSoft, where he helped launch and build a business unit focused on the financial services market. At PeopleSoft, his efforts contributed to the growth of the unit's annual revenue from zero to more than $200 million in three years. During his nearly 10 years at PeopleSoft, he helped grow the company from a 50-person start-up to a publicly traded, leading enterprise resource planning software provider with over $2 billion in annual revenue.
