Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. has been appointed as the exclusive
leasing agent for the retail space at 1199 First Ave. in New York City.
The building contains approximately 1,775 SF of retail space. Faith Hope
Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, will
handle this assignment on behalf of Garrick-Aug.
Carlton Advisory Services has been appointed as the exclusive sales
agent for the Cambridge Club, a 16-story, 90,000 SF corporate stay
residence in New York City. Ruth Barone and Neil Bane will handle this
assignment on behalf of Carlton Advisory.
Insignia/ESG has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for
33 Washington St., a 453,000 SF office building in Newark, N.J. David
Opper, Richard Charles, and Ed Solarsh will handle this assignment on
behalf of Insignia/ESG.
