) has let a 50,000 sq ft industrial unit in Golbor ne.

Ansells Lighting and Electrical has taken unit 6B at Stonecross Park.

The deal sees the Northern Irish manufacturer and distributor of lighting products relocate from its existing 30,000 sq ft facility at Winwick Quay QUAY, estates. A wharf at which to load or land goods, sometimes spelled key.

Jonathan Thorne, associate director of the industrial agency team at CBRE North West, said: "Stonecross Park is a fantastic location which fitted the requirements of Ansells perfectly.

"Unit 6B is one of the best distribution buildings of its size and type in the North West M6 region."
