Agent's fifth award.


SANDERSON Weatherall, which has an office on Teesside, is celebrating awards success for the fifth year in a row.

The commercial property consultancy has again been named as Property Adviser for the North East and Yorkshire 2009 in the regional round of the Estates Gazette Estates Gazette is a weekly business magazine published for the UK commercial property market. It was first published in 1858 and celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2008.  Awards.

The firm was recognised at the awards in 2005, 2006 and 2007, when it was awarded Property Adviser of the Year for three years in a row.

In 2008, the team picked up the Estates Gazette award for Property Adviser of the Year for the North.

Sanderson Weatherall's Tim Catterall, director of agency, investment and development, said: "This is a tremendous achievement, especially for the fifth year running.

"These awards really help the industry to recognise and reward the important work carried out by chartered surveyors and other skilled specialists in the region, which is extremely important in the current downturn Downturn

." Sanderson Weatherall will receive the award at an awards ceremony at the Royal Armouries The Royal Armouries houses the British national collection of arms and armour. It is the oldest museum in the United Kingdom and one of the oldest museums in the world. The collection is split across three sites:
  • The Royal Armouries Museum (Leeds) in Leeds
 in Leeds on May 15.

All regional category winners are automatically entered for the Estates Gazette's national awards ceremony..
