THE owner of Durham Green Business Park has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S.  as joint leasing agents and strategic advisers on the 570-acre regeneration project.

The London-based agency will work alongside Naylors and WSB WSB World Superbike
WSB Washington Savings Bank (stock symbol)
WSB World Series Baseball (Sega game)
WSB Welcome South Brother (radio)
WSB Weak Stability Boundary
 Property Consultants to let the development, near Bowburn, which will host over 5,000 workers when complete.

The site is owned by Tyneside businessman David Abrahams, and has been earmarked for a rail freight terminal. It has been allocated as employment land with 76 acres having existing outlined planning consent for one million sq ft of office, industrial and distribution uses.
