The London-based agency will work alongside Naylors and WSB WSB World Superbike WSB Washington Savings Bank (stock symbol) WSB World Series Baseball (Sega game) WSB Welcome South Brother (radio) WSB Weak Stability Boundary Property Consultants to let the development, near Bowburn, which will host over 5,000 workers when complete. The site is owned by Tyneside businessman David Abrahams, and has been earmarked for a rail freight terminal. It has been allocated as employment land with 76 acres having existing outlined planning consent for one million sq ft of office, industrial and distribution uses. |
