 Manhattan office has arranged a 9,000 s/f lease for Gardner Nelson & Partners, Inc. at 432 Park Avenue. The CBRE CBRE CB Richard Ellis (real-estate firm)

 team of Susan Kahaner and Laurence Briody negotiated the 10-year lease on behalf of Gardner Nelson.

The 4As advertising agency will relocate its offices to the new space from its current location in the Flatiron Building The Fuller Building or as it is better known, the Flatiron Building, is in the borough of Manhattan, and was one of the tallest buildings in New York City upon its completion in 1902.  at 175 Fifth Avenue. The 9,000-square-foot lease represents an expansion for the firm, which now houses its operations in approximately 6,000 square feet of space.

The new office space at 432 Park Avenue, a 16-story office building built in 1914, offers Gardner Nelson the ideal opportunity to create a spectacular loft-like environment given its 15-foot ceiling heights, floor-to-ceiling windows and historically-significant architectural design This article or section may contain original research or unverified claims.
