) and iGo Corporation (Nasdaq:IGOC IGOC Immigration Guardian of Children Act (Australia) ) today announced that they have formed a relationship whereby iGo will distribute and market Agate's product line.

As part of this relationship, Agate will customize the Q product set and co-brand it as iGo's Road Warrior A person who frequently travels with laptop and cellphone. (R) product. The Q is featured in iGo's catalog, website, and business-to-business outbound sales activities, and the companies plan to aggressively drive sales to iGo's award winning website for mobile technology solutions. The move comes on the heels of the Q's popularity, and is consistent with Agate's strategy to align and strengthen partner relationships and enhance distribution to better meet the growing customer demand for Agate's product line.
