AgWeb.com[TM] Inc., King of Prussia, Pa., has repurchased all its outstanding Series B Preferred Stock from Safeguard Scientifics and Madison Dearborn Partners. Following the repurchase, AgWeb has become a consolidated subsidiary of The Farm Journal Corporation, AgWeb's other primary investor.
