AgEx.com, McKeany-Flavell Announce Strategic Partnership.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 2000

AgEx.com, the leading online high-value agriculture e-commerce service company, and McKeany-Flavell Company, Inc., an international commodity ingredient brokerage and information company, have formed a strategic partnership for the purpose of establishing electronic marketplaces for sugar and other commodity ingredients. AgEx.com and McKeany-Flavell estimate the value of the target market at more than $13 billion.
