Mike Borel joins the Ag Technologies, a division of Adayana, Board of Advisors as a lead strategist, helping the distance learning company tap new business opportunities. Borel, the former president and COO of Valent Corporation, was most recently the CEO and chairman of Novazone Inc. He also maintains his own business consulting practice, Borel Consulting.
