Ag Services of America, Inc. (NYSE:ASV) today announced that due to the pending transaction with American Securities Capital Partners, L.P. the Company is postponing the conference call scheduled for April 24th at 11:00 EST, 10:00 CST. The news release is still scheduled for distribution that morning.
