 apartment went to his door when he heard someone knocking. The resident looked outside but didn't recognize any of the three people there, and so he didn't open the door.

After he walked into another room, he heard glass break, and so he "got a gun and returned toward the door." He saw three intruders in his apartment; one had a gun pointed at him. The resident quickly shot, wounding one of the invaders. At least one intruder An attacker that gains, or tries to gain, unauthorized access to a system. The wounded intruder was a 16-year-old male. He is in stable condition in a nearby hospital. Charges are pending against him. The disposition of the two remaining intruders is unknown at this time.
