Craig Panzirer, senior vice president and director of leasing and marketing for Monday Properties, represented building ownership in the transaction. Brian Waterman, executive vice president and principal, and Lance Korman, managing director, with Newmark Knight Frank represented The After-School Corp.

The 1440 Broadway building is located on Broadway between 40th and 41st streets. "The After-School Corp. is a thriving thrive

"It needed a larger headquarters space in an office building that complemented its image as the leading provider of educational programming in Manhattan. With its central location and stellar reputation, 1440 Broadway was ideal for The After-School Corp.'s needs."

The After-School Corp will occupy the entire 16th floor at the building through 2017. Monday Properties acquired the building 2002 and owns it in partnership with the Landis Group.
