 over southeastern Louisiana. The devastation was and is immense. Forty miles of catastrophic destruction. Even now, after seven months, parts of the city still look untouched. In fact whole neighborhoods are virtually deserted. The government was proved bumbling. Hundreds of thousands of people lost their homes. Thousands more lost their lives. It has been a tragedy that knows no comparison.

But c'mon, it's time It's Time was a successful political campaign run by the Australian Labor Party (ALP) under Gough Whitlam at the 1972 election in Australia. Campaigning on the perceived need for change after 23 years of conservative (Liberal Party of Australia) government, Labor put forward a  to look at the bright side. Destruction is what skaters were bred for. Have you dreamed about skating the stage in your cafeteria? Or the rail inside the mall? Now you can.
