After single-month spike for aerospace, orders slow in November.


Orders placed for metalworking goods declined in November November: see month. ; the total of $140.3-million is down 6% from an October October: see month.  level that had been inflated by unusually high bookings for military aircraft (excluding that aerospace category, November orders were nearly 3% higher than in October).

The November total is nearly 9% higher than September's $128.8-million.
