SYNCHRONOSS SNCR, a software provider for telecoms said Q3 EPS rose 140% to 24 cents, 7 cents above views. Sales jumped 83% to $34.5 mil, beating estimates. Shares rose.

MEMC ELECTRIC MATERIALS WFR, a supplier of silicon wafers for chipmakers, said its Q3 EPS rose 45% to 81 cents, topping views by a penny. Revenue rose 16% to $473 mil. Shares rose.

DECKERS DECK, a shoemaker, lifted Q3 EPS 77% to $1.47, besting views by 24 cents. Sales grew 57% to $129.4 mil, above forecasts. It guided up. Shares rose.

OMNITURE OMTR, an Internet analytics company, agreed to buy Visual Sciences VSCN in a deal valued at about $372 mil. Both rose.

NETSCOUT NTCT, a maker of network monitoring gear, said Q3 EPS rose 43% to 10 cents a share, a penny higher than views. Revenue grew 18% to $29.6 mil, above forecasts. Shares rose.

DYNAMIC MATERIALS BOOM, a metals company, said its Q3 EPS rose 93% to 58 cents, beating views by 8 cents. Sales rose 69% to $42 mil. Shares rose.

RADIANT SYSTEMS RADS, a tech provider for hospitals, said its Q3 EPS rose 27% to 19 cents ex items, matching views. Sales rose 9% to $62.5 mil. Shares fell.

VARIAN SEMI VSEA, a chipmaker, said Q4 EPS rose 82% to 71 cents ex items, 2 cents above views. Revenue grew 40% to $299 mil, beating views. Shares fell.
