 founder, celebrates its winemaking roots with the release of the 2006 Adler Fels Russian River Valley Gewurztraminer and 2006 Adler Fels Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc (suggested retail price $14.99/bottle; 1,000 cases each). While the winery has expanded its scope and production facilities over the years to produce other brands showcasing a variety of California appellations, the flagship Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc continue to be made onsite at the original hillside winery.

General Manager Steve Lindsay explains that "As a wine company, Adler Fels Winery has enjoyed tremendous growth over the last decade; broadening production to include a variety of proprietary and private label businesses. Throughout it all, our Adler Fels Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc have remained the favorites of both our customers and winemakers. Recognizing this, our new owners have invested significantly in restorations to our Adler Fels winery estate and the small onsite winemaking facility where these wines are produced. As a result, this 2006 vintage is among the best and most meaningful we've offered."
