Afghan flag waived on Qilae Mountain summit.


KABUL (PAN): For the first time in the country's history, an Afghan national flag was waived on the 7492 meters high peak of the Qilae Mountain in the northern Badakhshan province on Monday.

A four-member mountain climbing mountain climbing, the practice of climbing to elevated points for sport, pleasure, or research. Also called mountaineering, it is practiced throughout the world. Types

Sarya demanded of the government to establish a mountain climbing federation under the umbrella of Directorate of National Olympic Committee National Olympic Committees (or NOCs) are the national constituents of the worldwide olympic movement. Subject to the controls of the International Olympic Committee, they are responsible for organizing their country's participation in the Olympic Games. .

Amruddin Sanjar, another climber, said: "As I hoisted the national flag on the summit,I felt pride with tears in my eyes." Lious Montha,the trainer,said the purpose behind the adventure was to tell Afghans that they have the potential to become climbers of international standard and encouraging tourism in Afghanistan.

The team had received training for a month in Italy, 20 days in France and 15 days in Panjsher province from international trainers.
