Affymetrix to Host Conference Call on January 28, 2009 to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2008 Results.

, Calif. -- Affymetrix, Inc. (Nasdaq:AFFX) today announced that it will release results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2008 after close of the stock market on Wednesday, January 28, 2009.

Affymetrix' management team will host a conference call on January 28, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. PT to review its operating results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2008. A live webcast can be accessed by visiting the Investor Relations Investor relations
