SUTTON - Selectmen SELECTMEN. The name of certain officers in several of the United States, who are invested by the statutes of the several states with various powers.  voted 3-0 last night to support an affordable housing development at Leland Hill Estates under the state's Local Initiative Program.

 Realty of Hopkinton, is asking the town to increase the housing density allowance on the property and to waive all permit fees.

Selectmen did not vote for a blanket waiver, but said the developers would have the ability to discuss the fees with the appropriate boards.
