It describes the easternmost section of the Rockaways, usually the area east of Beach 77th Street, comprising the neighborhoods of Bayswater, . These homes feature a three-bedroom, two and a half-bath duplex owners apartment with a large family room (or as an additional bedroom) plus a two-bedroom rental unit. The many features include wall-to-wall carpeting, ceramic tile baths with designer vanities and medicine cabinets, gourmet kitchens with designer oak-faced cabinetry, dishwasher, gas range, balconies, landscaping, and private parking.
