) announced that under an agreement signed today, Prestige Procurement and Networking Services (www.prestigeasia.com) has secured web site development funding of $50,000 from its parent company, the Knightsbridge Group, for the development of Everybody's Phone Company's web site (www.everybodysphonecompany.com).

The contract for web development has been granted to a member of the Knightsbridge Group, Khewl Solutions Inc. (http://www.khewlsolutions.com)

"The development of the web site is an important step in the planned rollout of ATCT's services," said Steve Bethke, President of ATCT. "While this has been the Directors' intention for some time, lack of funding and the support of a competent IT company has prevented the company from achieving these goals," said Bethke. "We are very impressed with Prestige and the speed with which they have put this deal together. This development will allow the company to begin earning revenue this next quarter."

Norman George, COO, added, "We are pursuing a number of deals with global prepaid pre·pay
