Affordable Healthcare Now More Accessible; UnitedHealthcare Gains New Contract with Indiana Lakes Managed Care Organization.

INDIANAPOLIS -- More access and more options are now available to families in Elkhart County with the signing of a new two-year contract between Indiana Lakes Managed Care Organization and UnitedHealthcare. Effective June 1, thousands more residents in North Central Indiana will have greater freedom of choice and enhanced health care options when selecting a hospital or physician.

Beginning next month, UnitedHealthcare members will gain access to an affordable network of area physicians and services at Goshen General Hospital through the Indiana Lakes Managed Care Organization, including access to approximately 150 multi-specialty physicians practicing in Elkhart County.

Indiana Lakes is a member of Goshen Health System, one of the most comprehensive and progressive health systems in North Central Indiana. It has been recognized as one of the highest quality health systems in the country based on Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations scores and customer satisfaction.
