Affiliation Networks, Inc. Hires Publishing and Internet Leaders to Head Sales Management Team and Expand New York Presence.


SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 1999--

Affiliation Networks(TM), Inc. (www.affiliation.com), the leading media company for the Internet generation, today announced the addition of two industry veterans to their company roster.

Betsy Greenway Murphy joins Affiliation as vice president, sales and marketing, from her previous positions as vice president, associate publisher at U.S. News and World Report and member of the launch team for Fast Company. In addition, Affiliation added Tim Armstrong as vice president, sales, from his former position as the director of integrated sales & marketing at ESPN ESPN Entertainment and Sports Programming Network  Internet Ventures, a division of Disney Corporation (NYSE NYSE
