Vault's employee surveys give investors and jobseekers insight into the company's business operations Business operations are those activities involved in the running of a business for the purpose of producing value for the stakeholders. Compare business processes. The outcome of business operations is the harvesting of value from assets .

Says a former division workforce manager, "The company is so bottom line oriented that it completely obscures any vision of directional planning. We never had a planning meeting where any issue was discussed that could effect the company past six months. All issues are dealt with on an as needed as needed prn. See prn order.  basis. ACS will cease being a US company within the next two years. For every one job that is created in the Unites States, eleven jobs are created in India or Mexico."

The human resources department within an organization, years ago known as the "personnel department," manages the administrative aspects of the employees.  manager adds, "Good outlook in terms of profits. As an investor, you would appreciate the steady return. ACS has a goal of "20/20" - 20% growth and 20% profits - each year. ACS is ruthless about its bottom-line. Employees are acquired, used and disposed."

A customer service supervisor writes, "ACS is a good profitable company. The site I work at is extremely profitable, however the morale is extremely low. There is over 100% turnover of customer care agents every year."
