Affiliated Computer Services Announces Renegotiated Outsourcing Contract with Caremark.

), a leading information technology services company, announced today it has restructured and extended its outsourcing agreement with Caremark Inc., its largest client.

The two companies' relationship started in September 1992 when Caremark's Pharmaceutical Services Group (PSG PSG,

The new integrated systems platform is a state- of-the-art real time system designed to provide the highest level of customer service to patients and clients.

Kris Gibney, corporate vice president, pharmaceutical services, said, "When we established our initial relationship with ACS, PSG had annual revenues totaling $500 million.
