Aetos Capital Closes $740 Million Real Estate Fund; Aetos Capital Asia Will Focus on Opportunities in the Japanese Property Market.

Aetos Capital, an independent investment management firm serving institutional and high net worth clients, announced today that it has closed Aetos Capital Asia ("ACA ACA - Application Control Architecture "), a $740 million fund formed to acquire real estate and related assets in Japan. Scott Kelley heads all of Aetos Capital's real estate efforts. Jim Allwin, Chief Executive Officer of Aetos Capital, serves as the Chairman of ACA's Investment Committee.
