Aetna to Host First Quarter 2006 Earnings Follow-up Conference Call.

) announced today that it will host a conference call on Monday, May 1, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. ET, as follow-up to its previously held First Quarter 2006 earnings conference call. Ronald A. Williams, Chief Executive Officer and President, and Alan M. Bennett, Chief Financial Officer, will conduct the call.

The public may access the conference call through a live audio webcast available on Aetna's Investor Information link on the Internet at www.aetna.com. Financial, statistical and other information, including GAAP GAAP
