Aetna offers Web service in Chinese.

Aetna has a new Chinese-language Web site that provides members with information and tips about health plans that best serve them and their families. The site features a glossary of common medical, dental and health insurance terms, and information on Asian- and Chinese-focused disease management programs. Members proficient in English can access the English version of Aetna Navigator, Aetna's password-protected Web tool, to compare evidence-based hospital outcomes, look up claims, download forms of use the DocFind online directory to find participating hospitals and doctors who speak Chinese.
