EZLink will enable companies to improve the accuracy and timeliness of their human resource, payroll and benefits data, while reducing overall paperwork and administration.

"EZ Link is an ideal solution for our company," said Steve Gilbert, vice president of human resources for MG Industries. "Employees will have access to a terrific nationwide health care network, and they will be able to self-administer many routine items through the Internet. The integrated systems will also make many of our human resources and payroll processes faster, easier and more accurate. Additionally, outsourcing the hardware and data base administration allows our information technology group to focus on applications which add value for our customers."

EZLink, which features Aetna U.S. Healthcare's health benefits and group life and disability products combined with Ceridian's payroll and human resource services, is currently available to customers in Southeastern Pennsylvania and throughout New Jersey. It will be piloted during the first quarter of 1999 with nationwide availability anticipated by year end.

"Through EZLink, we're offering multi-state employers access to Aetna U.S. Healthcare's national network of participating providers and consistent product offering - which serves their entire employee population with one set of benefits," said Michael J. Cardillo, president, Aetna U.S. Healthcare. "Combine that with Ceridian's impressive suite of human resources and payroll services, and employers truly receive a single answer to their human resources and benefits needs."

EZLink will allow employers to direct their benefits easily and accurately via the Internet, better manage all of their HR data, and reduce or control HR/benefit costs - as well as decreasing and simplifying paperwork and administrative tasks. EZLink will save organizations significant time currently spent on billing, enrollment, handling questions and reconciliation.

"The combination of IT outsourcing and a Web-enabled, integrated human resources, payroll and benefits solution will allow our customers to spend more time on growing their business, and less time on managing their benefits," said Carl Keil, president, Ceridian Employer Services.
