) announced today that it has been appointed by the Department of Health as one of the suppliers on the Framework for Procuring External Support for Commissioners (FESC FESC Framework for procuring External Support for Commissioners (UK)

) to offer commissioning support to Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) in England. The FESC will provide PCTs with easy access to a framework of expert suppliers who can support them in undertaking their commissioning work.
