Aetna Declares China Office "Open for Business"; Chairman and CEO Richard L. Huber in Shanghai for Grand Opening Ceremonies.


HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 1998--Aetna Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Richard L. Huber will be in Shanghai tomorrow for the official opening of the company's joint venture operations in China. Local ceremonies will begin at 8:00 a.m. in Shanghai for the company's grand opening of its Pacific-Aetna Life Insurance office. Mr. Huber will be joined by Aetna International President and CEO Frederick C. Copeland and Patrick Poon poon
