HARTFORD, Conn. -- Aetna's (NYSE: AET) annual meeting of shareholders will occur on Friday, May 29, 2009. The annual meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. ET at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the annual meeting will be the close of business on March 27, 2009.
