Aethos Communication Systems Announces Name Change to Logica Aldiscon.DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 1999-- Aethos Communication Systems announces its name change to Logica Aldiscon to further consolidate its business into parent company, Logica plc. In December, Logica acquired Aethos Communication Systems to become part of Logica's mobile telecommunications business unit, Logica Aldiscon. Effective May 1, Aethos will begin conducting business under the Logica Aldiscon name. Moving forward, "Aethos" will be the brand name for the company's industry-leading wireless pre-paid intelligent network platform.
