Aethlon Medical Receives 2007 Innovative HIV Life Science Leadership Award from The AIDS Institute.

SAN DIEGO -- Aethlon Medical, Inc., (OTCBB:AEMD) announced today that it has been selected as the recipient of The AIDS Institute's 2007 Innovative HIV Life Science Leadership Award. The award was given based upon criteria which include: the pursuit of innovative approaches to controlling HIV, the demonstration of a commitment to working within the AIDS community at-large and the continuity of research related to managing HIV-related illness and care. Aethlon Medical is the first recipient of the Innovative HIV Life Science Award. Congresswoman Barbara Lee was the recipient of the National HIV Prevention Award.
