Aethlon Medical Presents at Global BioPharma Conference.

SAN DIEGO -- Aethlon Medical, Inc. (OTCBB:AEMD) announced that its Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Richard Tullis will present today at the Global BioPharma Conference 2004, being held in Mumbai, India.

The conference, which is a cooperative venture of The State University of New York (SUNY) and the Global BioPharma Conference Group (GBPCG), brings together for the first time to the Indian subcontinent, a gathering of eminent scientists, biopharmaceutical industry leaders, and international regulatory professionals, including representatives from the United States Food & Drug Administration.

Dr. Tullis' scientific presentation will discuss the targeted use of Aethlon's Hemopurifier(TM) as a treatment against viral infections. The presentation will cover basic aspects of the theory and operation of the Hemopurifier and its specific application to the treatment of HIV and HCV in dialysis patients as well as its utility in treating weapons of bioterror and emerging viral illnesses.
