(OTCBB:AEMD), a company pioneering the development of medical devices to treat infectious disease, announced today that Jeffrey Richardson has been appointed Senior Director, Communications. Mr. Richardson brings nearly 20 years of senior leadership in global public relations for research-based medical companies. Prior to joining Aethlon, Mr. Richardson was Director, Global Public Relations for Amgen, the world's largest biotechnology company. Previously, he held senior communications positions with both Glaxo and DuPont. Mr. Richardson will be responsible for establishing government and military communication initiatives and will manage medical industry and investor relations programs.
