Daleen Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:DALN), a global provider of software that manages the revenue chain for next-generation service providers, today announced that Aether Systems Inc. (Nasdaq:AETH), a leading provider of wireless data products and services, has chosen Daleen as its exclusive strategic partner for providing billing solutions for its products and services.

According to the terms of the multi-year exclusive agreement, the two companies will participate in cooperative marketing and sales efforts in addition to joint development of products and services. Daleen will work with Aether Systems to define the functional requirements and interfaces of future billing solutions based on the Daleen RevChain(TM) Commerce application to address the growing wireless data marketplace.
