Aeroxchange, a leading aviation e-commerce marketplace, has filled its core executive team with a group of industry veterans, adding Albert Koszarek as vice president of operations, Toshimasa Mori as vice president of corporate planning and strategy, David Smith as vice president of business development, Mark Tedone as vice president of product development and chief technology officer and Mark Williams as chief financial officer.

Prior to joining Aeroxchange, he served as the executive vice president and chief of operations for Avport Inc., a company that developed and markets an online procurement and distribution platform for the general and regional aviation industry. For 17 years, he served in various positions and departments at The Boeing Company, with diverse experience in aircraft services, commercial aviation product and technology development and defense.

David Smith brings a diverse and strong leadership background to Aeroxchange. Smith joins the company from Legend Airlines where he served as director of finance. At Legend, Smith was a key part of all product and technology design and development, fundraising and strategic partnerships. Prior to Legend, Smith worked for Deutsche, Morgan, Grenfell Inc. as a sales and trade specialist and at Lucent Technologies as a project leader in telecommunications.

As the new vice president of product development and chief technology officer, Mark Tedone brings over 20 years of management and aviation industry experience to Aeroxchange. Most recently, he served as vice president of product and network development for aviationX, an aerospace industry exchange that specializes in the regional aviation industry. His prior aviation technology experience includes 13 years with American Airlines and the Sabre Group, where as vice president of Sabre technology solutions he designed and developed products to support airline planning and operations. Tedone also served as the director of Internet payroll systems at Ceridian Employer Services and as the information systems department head for Ferguson Enterprises.

Tedone graduated from the State University of New York (body) State University of New York - (SUNY) The public university system of New York State, USA, with campuses throughout the state. , Stony Brook with a bachelor of science in Mathematics and holds a master of science in Operations Research from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Mark Williams, Chief Financial Officer

For more than 18 years, Mark Williams has accrued vast experience in financial and aviation management. Prior to becoming Aeroxchange's chief financial officer, Williams served as the vice president and controller of Canadian Airlines, where he was responsible for accounting and supply and fuel supply management. His aviation management experience includes directing financial planning and analysis and managing business planning and financial analysis.

Williams holds a bachelor of arts in honors business administration from the University of Western Ontario Western is one of Canada's leading universities, ranked #1 in the Globe and Mail University Report Card 2005 for overall quality of education.[2] It ranked #3 among medical-doctoral level universities according to Maclean's Magazine 2005 University Rankings. , and has been a Chartered Accountant since 1987.
