: ARVX) announced today a cost-free selling program to shareholders who own fewer than 100 shares of its common stock.

The offer applies to qualifying shareholders of record on March 14, 1995, and is scheduled to expire on June 15, 1995, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Shares submitted by participating shareholders will be gathered in round lots and sold in the over-the-counter market over-the-counter market

Trading in stocks and bonds that does not take place on stock exchanges. Such trading occurs most often in the U.S., where requirements for listing stocks on the exchanges are strict.
 within the week the shares are accepted in good order by American Stock Transfer & Trust Co., the depository. There will be no brokerage commission or any other selling charges to those shareholders who choose to participate in the program.
