Obama's missile defense strategy has eye on China President Barack Obama's missile-defense priorities include countering threats such as China's new anti-ship ballistic missile, said a Pentagon official on Monday. Boeing Australia has formally signed a contract to purchase seven Boeing CH-47F Chinooks.
