Aerosonic Corp. (AMEX:AIM) announced Thursday that new orders for its standard products at both the Clearwater and Charlottesville operations continue to be very strong. January orders exceeded $3.4 million with new orders for this fiscal year-to-date of over $30 million, up 21% compared with the same period last year.

Standard product sales are expected to remain strong for fiscal year 2001, providing internal funding for development of new products.
