Aeroflex announces plan to purchase up to 1,000,000 shares of its common stock.

 Symbol:ARX) announced today that it intends to purchase on the open market up to 1,000,000 shares of its outstanding Common Stock.

Such purchases will be made from time to time, depending upon market conditions, at prices deemed appropriate by management.
