Aeroflex Incorporated Receives Test Equipment Orders Aggregating $5.8 Million Supporting SINCGARS Radios.

Aeroflex Incorporated (Nasdaq:ARXX), a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of automated testing solutions and microelectronics for the aerospace, defense and broadband communications markets, today announced that its IFR subsidiary has received orders aggregating $5.8 million for radio test sets and ancillary equipment to test SINCGARS frequency hopping radios. These orders are expected to be shipped over a twelve-month period commencing in April 2004.
