Aeroflex Incorporated Receives Test Equipment Orders Aggregating $4.1 Million Supporting SINCGARS Radios.

Aeroflex Incorporated (Nasdaq Symbol: ARXX), a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of automated testing solutions and microelectronics for the aerospace, defense and broadband communications markets, today announced that its IFR subsidiary has received orders aggregating $4.1 million for radio test sets and ancillary equipment to test SINCGARS frequency hopping radios.

These orders are expected to be shipped during calendar 2003 and are in addition to approximately $2.5 million of existing backlog for the same test sets.
